This is the worst company in existence. They will send someone to do the job but it will be mediocre at best. The owner Jim is very argumentative whenever you question him in anything. I’ve had to deal with them for 3 years. Charged me $300 to change a light bulb then lied to me and said they changed the fixture. They in fact did not change the fixture. I will never use them again.

I had various items in my home -inside and outside that needed repairs . I called DelVal Maintenance and was impressed and thrilled with their service . The servicemen were timely , professional and knowledgeable about house maintenance . I had a list of 11 items that were done efficiently . They came, assessed the situation- had most of the items needed in their van and completed the repair. What they didn’t have, they went out to purchase . It was so easy! I pointed and they fixed !
