It really is Paradise. We purchased a property about 5 years ago and plan someday to retire at Del-Tura, My sister and her husband purchased a property last year. They have met so many wonderful friends from all over the country. They are retired and can spend more time at Del-Tura than we can at present. It really is a beautiful place. I see nothing wrong except the tree in the front of my house needs to be cut someday I hope. When the tree is cut It will be a 5. Star.
I liked very much playing for the Del Tura crowd. Very nice place
Nice place to live but very expensive,especially if your a senior citizen,oh yea they have a pass thru tax paid once a year,your paying. For the taxes on the land they own,lot rents are super high and always increase,would not recommend this place if your on a fixed income
