The regulator for my natural gas line seized due to corrosion and the utility company had to turn my gas off for safety reasons. They wouldn't turn the gas back on it until the regulator was replaced. Of all days, this happened on a Sunday. We had an issue with our hot water. He arrived very quickly and was able to troubleshoot the problem that ended up just costing us his time. He didn't do a bunch of unnecessary work. Figured out the problem and got it fixed.
