my insurance was canceled without notice 3 months ago. stay was not able to reach out to propose alternative ways to maintain the policy in effect or providing better offers. I called them back and they remained passive till I literally told them they were not helpful in resolving a single simple issue. A very irresponsible behavior since I was not aware and driving for over 3 months my truck with no coverage.
