The dude working tonight at 11:30 pm 4/4/26 worst customer service and extremely slow and rude when it comes to other people's job. Hopefully he isnt a manager and I will be reporting this forward to corporate.
Took 20 minutes to get my food. That feels like an eternity at a drive through. You need to warn people if it’s going to be a huge wait, and you should offer some kind of compensation considering it’s supposed to be a “fast” food joint. Will forget to give you half your food and your receipt.. but will give you a bunch of dirty, gross hot sauce packets.. but will do nothing to fix it.. very disappointed
