I witnessed something amazing, hilarious and uncomfortable. Racism, rudeness and incompetence, all at the same time by one woman, who I presume is a shift manager? A cashier was struggling to give a customer a refund, and asking the manager a thousand questions... but she wouldn't just take over for 5 seconds and handle the refund; that employee ended up getting so frustrated, he just left the customer there and went to a different position LOL. I work at the hospital and have been here around 3 times now. Everytime I order the grilled chicken soft tacos the tortilla is hard and Crusty. Like it's an old tortilla, the chicken is really good though, better than any other location I've been too but why do they use old tortillas? It's like when you leave the bag of tortillas open and they get hard. That's what they're like
The woman Hispanic manager was walking in from the parking lot. Just arrived with a bag of cheese . Took it to the back and proceeded to put on a uniform. Why on earth did this woman have this large bag of cheese in her car and bring it to cook with?? Is this legal. Lastly the fries taste like they were made yesterday and refried
Affordable prices , clean , delicious food . Friendly staff is a plus .
