Okay, but the frontcounter service is sometimes slow because they seem to concentrate more on drive-thru traffic. The restaurant doesn't seem to have enough crew members. The new fish tacos are my favorite menu item. They are served in sets of three per order. They are Street Taco size tacos served with cabbage, a white sauce, I assume is a mild starter sauce, chopped tomatoes and a lime wedge. The fish is "chicken finger" size and coated in a crispy beer batter coating which stays crunchy until consumed.
Look at that plump and deliciously filled taco! That’s the way it’s supposed to be! Fast, friendly and very competent service. Night and day compared to the Airport restaurant on Vista. If I was at the airport and wanted Del Taco, I would go to Kuna before I would go to the vista location. Thank you Kuna Del Taco for restoring my faith in the franchise!!!
4-18-25 They put a new self-service kiosk absolutely hate them absolutely slows everything down cannot stand it. at what a downgrade. Poor service, and not sure what that meant was but it wasn't steak.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Del Taco location and would strongly advise against using their mobile app or visiting this particular store. I placed a mobile order through the Del Taco app using a saved card that I’ve used multiple times before. Despite this, the app gave me an error message saying the zip code or expiration date was incorrect.
