so I got del taco and by golly gee it was radioactive. I got a plain burger, everthing on it, got a soft chicken taco with sour cream, they smothered sour cream all over it, but the cherry coke was good. if I was a reasonable person then, I would've just of gotten taco bell instead.
I am amazed by the customer service at del taco I had a small problem with my order and the manager I spoke to I believe Lilly was just amazing and fast to get it fixed I have never had that good of customer service and the food was amazing it all was fresh and food
21 minutes to get my in lobby order (5 tacos). No apology for the wait. No urgency to get orders out. People wait at counter for long time before getting recognized by staff. A couple of other people had same experience while I was there. Seems like drive-thru gets priority.
