Great service Very friendly
Avoid this location at night. The drive-thru efficiency is nonexistent and the customer service is shockingly unprofessional. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for just a few cars because the staff was ringing up one car, making the order, and giving it to them before even taking the next person's order. When I finally got to the window and handed the worker my card, I asked to add a side of ranch for my loaded fries. Their food is consistent like franchise food should be. However their wait times have been over 30 minutes in my last three visits. I was one of three customers my last visit that stood in the lobby waiting to get our order taken for over 15 minutes and then after our order was placed our food did not come out for another 30 to 40 minutes.
