If you use the app to order food so it can be ready by the time you get there. Don't do it. Just order in person and scan the receipt for the points. They won't start working on your order until you actually get there and ask for it. totally defeating the purpose of the app. so many times have I tried to and always end up having to wait. at least the quality is good tho...

This place is always good out of the other locations. They run you through the drive-through pretty quick
*5 stars because of one great employee* Otherwise probably wouldve been 3 stars overall. We visited here. Since I had my kids (all under 10) I decided to sit at a table and order on my phone. I went up to the counter a few times to ask for napkins and the drink cup I didn't get. Every time I went up (3 times) the employees seemed they were too busy.
