Do NOT go to this Del Taco. I redeemed a free order of fries through the app and they wouldn't even give it to me. They don't do their jobs, they do whatever they feel like doing.
My burrito was good but only lukewarm. They were understaffed employees were very friendly and apologetic for the delay, but they were very busy. This is not a slam on the employees maybe just Del taco for being shorthanded.
I don’t know what the heck was going on but I sat in the driveway for over 10 minutes for an absolutely embarrassing taco and a burrito. The worker didn’t say hello or think you or anything just said order when you’re ready and when I pulled up to the drive-through I said hey how’s it going and she just took my card and close the window. It’s barely ever fresh, so I don’t know why they greet you with that .
Said they weren’t taking orders while I went through, it was 9pm and they gave no explanation for it. I’ve had experiences with some of this staff being lazy, especially the night crew. so I don’t put it past them to do that, whoever the manager is needs to check out what they were doing that warranted taking no orders.
