Customer service is horrible. Quanity is valued over quality. New management is needed. Once that change takes place, maybe the food will taste better. The delivery of food is not fully packaged & is usually a mess. Restrooms also need more attention as the seating area smells just like the restrooms.
I went to the del taco drive-thru at approx 10:20pm tonight. I couldn't wake anyone up by repeatedly pulling up to the menu board or calling out. When I gave up and drove away I couldn't see anyone in the restaurant, employees or customers. I went to the competition.
Love their chicken soft tacos with crinkle cut fries inside. Bean & cheese burritos with green sauce always hit the spot as well.
It is good fast food. Clean inside. Fast service.
