They gave me the wrong order, and when I called , they told me to bring the receipt back and they will remake the order but I have to go to work so I come the next day a different manager MyLu was trying to give me a hard time because I didn’t “bring the food back” which no one ever told me over the phone, or I would’ve put it in my fridge and save it! On top of that when she replaced the meal, she didn’t even give me the drink to the combo. I will not be coming back to this location. Very poor customer service!
I’ve been coming here for years. I live down the street. This morning the lady said “what do you want” and then proceeded to mess up the entire order. A bean and cheese burrito with beef. Didn’t add the beef, put the beef in a few soft tacos that were supposed to be chicken. And practically threw the bags out the window.
Good old dell taco fish tacos always hit the spot!
