They did not include a burrito I orders online. We inspected the bags to ensure we received everything. When we seen one of the burritos was missing, my mom went inside the store and advised the staff of the missing item. A man that packed the bags was adamant that he included it. He was acting like my mom was lying about it not being there. Why would we waste our time on a burrito if it was already included? He said I guess but I know I put it there. I have been eating regularly at this location for over 20 years. While I'm not always happy with the changes Del Taco makes to their menu, prices, etc. This location has been consistent in their great service, clean establishment, and ample access to sauces, drink refills and napkins. Plus their food is pretty good too!
