My burrito was made twice because the first time they asked if I wanted asada instead of chicken probably because they had no chicken prepared, it was awful went back to get a new burrito and it was still horrible the tortilla had zero time spent on the grill hardly had any meat just beans and rice and some guacamole but what do you expect from employees with zero energy looking like they are high off drugs the whole time

Kind of a surreal experience at this Del Taco today. They have two self-order kiosks, which many people may like. I do not. As I walked up, a worker behind thr counter pointed them out to us. I asked if I could place my order with a person. He said no. So I walked out and opted for a different place to eat. If I could make this review with zero stars for Service, or "n/a", I would.
