Ordered online at 12:30 am , drove 10 mins , got to the drive thru, I was nice and friendly saying hello, right way she said they were closed,(24 hr store apparently) didn't even ask anything else. So I went i told her I placed and ordered online, she made me pull up and made me wait 5 mins to get my food whats the point ordering in ahead for online?¿. Made it very difficult to get an order that was prepared incorrectly fixed. I don't like feeling like I'm the nuisance when y'all made the mistake. Bad customer service and experience.

I have been wanting to try Del Taco since I was a child. It's so highly praised on TV and a staple of California culture. I cannot express how disappointed I was when I finally got the opportunity. They put so much cumin in that taco meat that it's barely edible. Cumin is the only flavor. And there taco sauce packets are midland at best, bland and boring, they so nothing to mitigate the insane amount of cumin.

The staff was really friendly especially the young man at the window. I didn't get his name but it was around 9:15 7/14 He's definitely an asset. The food was alright. I ordered the new tacos which were really good along with regular tacos which weren't that great.
