I am an early riser, I like my occasional bean and cheese burrito. I want to tell the night crew thank you for always working hard.
The employee at night named Beatriz is super sweet. And does her best to make your visit awsome.
These people are so rude. I put in a mobile order, walked up to the counter, no one acknowledged me which was fine because they were bagging an order. Finally someone comes to the counter and the first words out of her mouth where “what do you want?” SO rude. I was literally in shock. Customer service is everything. I use to work in the food industry so I get it but that is NOT how you greet customers. Do better.
