The person who served us was quite rude. We ordered shrimp tacos-which are still listed on the menu-but she told us, "The only thing we can do is swap them for something else, because canceling the order is too much work." I mean, if the customer asks to cancel something, doing so is part of the job. On top of that, she rolled her eyes at us and spoke in an annoyed tone. We will seriously reconsider ever returning to this restaurant; the service here is consistently poor.
Food is good here but don't count on getting what you ordered. They have forgotten to give me about 8 different items. Check your food because chances are they forgot something
Del Taco understands something the other late-night taco place refuses to admit: burritos matter. And these burritos? Better. Fuller. More emotionally supportive. Service is fast-ish, which is the correct speed for fast food and entirely dependent on how intense the drive-thru line is at the moment. Sometimes you’re in and out.
