We visited 9/22/25 at 11:30 (ish) am. The staff was great, the guy that took our order was so friendly and really made our day! Will visit again and recommend to friends and family!
Highly recommend Del Taco over Taco Bell. Yes, it's a fast food restaurant. But in terms of the ingredient quality... it exceeds expectations.
At the Gainesville, GA location right now (/7/2025, 1:12pm). There are people in here - at least 5 groups ahead of me - who were waiting more than 20 minutes when I arrived. It appears only 2 people are doing EVERYTHING, from taking counter and drive thru orders to making the food. This is so sad one franchisee can control the entire state, which means not close enough to show themselves when a store needs help. Without the personal commitment, stores suffer.
