Tonight was 40 minutes waiting in the drive up. The employee was nice and apologetic, but 40 minutes... TOO LONG to wait for my food.
Gabriel the manager was awesome , and the service was great , and the food was outstanding , thank you Gabriel.
This was the second time I purchased dinner for my family since moving to the area a few months ago and although the first time the food wasn’t good i thought maybe this time would be different but boy was i wrong i ordered some bean and cheese burritos and the beans were still hard and they tasted sour I also ordered chili fries which barely had any sauce or cheese as for the burger meal it was ok but looked as if was thrown in the bag as it was all over Out of all the Del Tacos I have been to this was the worse . Went through the drive through around 7:30 pm. The person taking our order was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t acknowledge that she got my order and didn’t repeat my order. Once we got to the pick up window Shift Manager April, who was the same person that took our order. She was rude and didn’t get our order correct.
