Customer Service was very helpful and they were very friendly
Fountain drink is "not working" At the start of the dinner rush... I have to wait for the ONE person behind the counter to help 4 people in the drive through EVERY time before I can place an order/pay for the order... get the food.... And get a refill... You can't replace a person with screens. The kiosk requires pressing three or four times to wake up... (Maybe needs restarting at the beginning of the shift)... Taco's meat was short for taco Tuesday
It makes sense that Jack in the Box sold this place! I went to the drive through because this is the only place close to the freeway and I was in and bit of a hurry. The girl at the drive thru was incomprehensible! She had no idea what I was ordering? They named the Del Beef burrito the Del Beef burrito, not me! I get to the window and she didn't get any part of my order correct? I was the ONLY person there, inside or out, so how do you mess up the one customer you have?
