Tried to place an order on their website and it gave me an error. I attempted to correct the error multiple times and then gave up and ordered through Uber Eats. Well now I have 4 charges on my credit card for the order that wasn’t placed on their website. Tried to call but the mailbox is full and no one answered. This place has gone downhill since JackNTheBox took over. They also took awhile to make the order as it was delivered 20 mins late.
Food is always great and they always get my order right in the drive thru (despite what Leo Getz once said).
Cheap & good, what more do you need?
UPDATED: After leaving the below review the location called me to hear about the poor visit I endured and apologized for the situation so I decided to go back weeks later to see if anything changed and was pleasantly surprised! Went through drive through and employee was friendly and efficent. Food was made fast and delicious and the experience was 100% better then the previous visits. The wind was blowing rather hard, and I couldn't really understand the guy that took my order. I ordered 2 meals and 4 street tacos. I drive up to the window, and I get only the tacos. I told the guy what the order should have been, and he snapped at me. Anyway, I ordered what I wanted and told him that I couldn't understand him due to wind problems. The burritos weren't good, but the tacos were ok. Not sure if I will go back to this Del Taco.
