The wind was blowing rather hard, and I couldn't really understand the guy that took my order. I ordered 2 meals and 4 street tacos. I drive up to the window, and I get only the tacos. I told the guy what the order should have been, and he snapped at me. Anyway, I ordered what I wanted and told him that I couldn't understand him due to wind problems. The burritos weren't good, but the tacos were ok. Not sure if I will go back to this Del Taco.
Decided to give this location a 2nd chance and they reinforced my decision to never come back to this location. Horrible customer service. I stood there several minutes while 1 lady was preparing the food and the other lady was talking orders from drive through- made drinks- took payment- and added the sauce packets. Neither acknowledged me until 2 other drive through orders were filled. I had a reward that I wanted to order with add one like jalapenos and onions.
