Shift Manager went above and beyond. My wife and I were staying at a hotel on vacation and wanted a quick dinner from a local food chain. Upon seeing a Del Taco literally across the street from our hotel, I placed an order for pickup. I unfortunately made the mistake of not double checking my store, and didn’t notice that the order was accidentally placed at an Orlando location - which would’ve been a 90 minute detour roundtrip during rush hour.
