Very disappointing experience at Del Taco. I ordered a veggie quesadilla but was given a chicken one instead. When I pointed out the mistake, they said drive-in customers get preference — which is completely unacceptable. I then had to wait around 20 minutes for it to be corrected. Poor service, poor attitude, and no accountability. Definitely not coming back.
I gave a four stars because the sign of the street was deceptive one side said Taco Madness 750 the other side said Taco Madness 450 that's a huge difference. When I got to the payment when do I mentioned it and he said it was a snack tacos that were 450. I got a I got to say the snack Taco looked about the same size as the regular taco. Last but not least the guy at the drive-thru window asked me if I wanted hot mild sauce and I asked for mild and he forgot to put it in the bag. Struggle face
Its like any normal fast food place, but thier beef is better than taco bell, its real meat, something taco bell took out a long time ago
