I always am impressed when an organization goes the extra mile to demonstrate superior service recovery. I heard back from the store and corporate relations. I ameager to patronize Del Taco again soon. Bravo! Taco shells were stale and brittle. They broke into pieces when eating immediately after being served. Quesadilla tortilla was badly scorched.
