I ordered a Giftcard and they gave me a Giftcard that had dried-up food residue on it and was dirty. It was put in a small bag that is why I didn't realize until we drove away. So we came back and they told us all they could do was try to clean it for us. Why in the World would you ever sell a Customer a Filthy Giftcard that was probably going to be a gift for someone. Food is trash especially after hours.. quality of food is terrible.. 🤢🤢🤮
They gave me fry that are still frozen…. And didn’t want to give my money back for that wrong doing. Not happy corporate relationship look over this place hanging up on people multiple times as I was trying to talk to them as well.
The night crew needs help almost every time they get there order wrong or never have syrup for soda.. today the system was down but order and money taken just to get it wrong and still have tomatoes I’m allergic.. you literally have to check and open order before pulling off
