Major health violation. Found hair in my food. Observed staff using cooking utensils as tools to repair the cash register. And when I notified the staff member that prepared my food that she "needs to wear a hair net" she stated that she does not have to.... Its a hard job working fast food but you don't have to be antagonistic. Report will be made to Sacramento Environmental Management office. (311)
I ordered a couple weeks ago and pacifically ordered to soft tacos on number one combo with chicken. No, lettuce, tomato and was given lettuce and tomato. My fries were cold. Yes, they did offer me an extra free taco once they made it right. But I ordered a medium drink next order and got a smaller one on Thursday than just yesterday.
