Food is great, I always like Del, but the service today was off, or their drive thru needs to be fixed. The guy at the drive through kept missing our order, we practically had to scream it through the intercom, and then he was just like "fine. Pull around." When we paid and got the order, same attitude, very dismissive.
Turned their grill off 90 minutes before they closed, and couldn't take an order with most things. There's a reason there's not a line here...

Last week I came in and was ignored while the girl was looking at her phone..til I had to call her to come over. That happens a lot here. The other annoying thing is how one manager yells at the staff in front of customers. Seems to be a thing with her since every time I dine in and shes working, shes barking at the staff pretty loudly. Service is good when certain people are working but when others are there, they dont even know what an ice mocha is.
