Service was very slow, and the tacos I ordered were pretty bland and lacked much flavor. There also seemed to be a disconnect between the employees preparing the food and the employees getting the completed orders out to customers, which made the whole process seem disorganized. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and I was disappointed with this visit.

The food suck...my opinion Taco that taste like a big Mac oh no no no Cleanness not in this place. Food wasn't good to me. Taste like McDonald's and Think about the worst taco you ever had and imagine they had a baby...That's what it taste like...After several years of me seeing this place and now I go and so disappointed...

I was excited to see Del Taco show up here in Chesapeake since I grew up in Southern California eating Del Taco but what a disappointment. Staff seemed confused and ended up waiting 10 minutes even though I ordered online and was just picking it up. Food was mediocre mainly because it was only warm. It's a shame that all the effort was put in to open one of these places just to run it poorly. Couldn't have picked a worse location as well. Worst parking lot in the area to get in and out of.

First time eating there. I would say the ingredients are quality. However, the food was cold and to make it worse some of the fries felt like plastic.
