I ordered four chicken tacos through DoorDash at 10:50 PM. The restaurant is only a few minutes from my hotel, so I expected this to be a quick and simple order. Instead, the order became a complete mess. The first Dasher was told around 10:59 PM that someone else had already picked up the order. The absolute worst online app I have ever tried to use. I have tried multiple times to order online,only to become frustrated over and over with their app. It's sad too,because I have been a real fan of Del Taco since first eating it back in the 80's. I can remember hearing they where coming to our area and how excited I got,Telling friends and family how much better it is then Taco bell.
