Yeah, the customer service here is worse than at Popeyes. The lady that took my order here was rude, I asked a question and she brushed past the question to hurry up and finish my order. The food was awful lol, no flavor, stale chips, very basic. I regret not going to taco bell instead. I don't recommend and will not go to del taco ever again.
This location has went down hill in the past few months, food is not the quality it used to be and you are made to order with a kiosk..... The ones behind the counter are to busy cutting up and carrying on to acknowledge you the 1 person gives you your order.
I enjoyed my stay at Westgate and frequently went to this taco place. im from the UK and never had del taco before. it was life-changing. I went tonight around 10pm and it was pouring the service was still good. the only negative thing I have to say is while in the drive thru tonight the outside covering was leaking, it was getting my car soaked. I hope yoy can fix it so my next stay in February will be even better
