I understand that Del Taco is considered Mexican American cuisine, and as someone who is half Mexican myself, I appreciate that. However, I had a difficult experience at the drive-thru. The woman at the window was very hard to understand, and she seemed frustrated with me because I couldn’t make out what she was saying. She wasn’t very patient and appeared to be rushing the interaction, which made it even harder to overcome the language barrier.
Love the tacos here. Way better than the bell tacos, the burritos are so good
I emailed Del taco two weeks ago about a terrible experience. I was contacted by corporate and was told that this location would reach out to me ASAP. It’s been over a week. I called corporate back and they said they even escalated it. This location clearly doesn’t care about any of its customers. I placed an order on my app and then had to wait for 25 minutes in the drive thru. The speed of service here is atrocious.
