We visited on a Friday 6/5/26 around midnight. There was a girl with a nose ring working the drive thru window who was rude and made us feel like we were a burden and bugging her. Food was way to salty. Upgraded our meals to large for the fries to be skimpy and look more like small orders. Not to mention the sodas were filled with ice to the top of the cup with very little soda. Do better Del Taco. We will be visiting another location from now on.
Apparently speaking normally wasn’t enough to be heard at the drive-thru. After repeating myself several times, I was blamed for raising my voice. Poor communication and even worse customer service.
I work in the same shopping center I forgot my lunch today and went to del taco for the savior and I was greeted by Lukas who was very nice and even helped me with my order very nice dude it was busy too and he just was doing his job HARD worker I literally got my food the moment after ordering it either my orders simple or Lukas was doing his job correctly PLEASE give this young man a raise he deserves it he also seemed a little stressed but still handled business management if you see this please promote Lukas acknowledge ... read more
