I went to this location last weekend; with my granddaughter I placed an order for a coke and hot coffee for myself. This male employee in his early forties replied "coke and ice coffee" several times the same thing. "No, a medium coke and regular hot coffee", he got upset so I drove around to the window assuming a speaker issue, kindly repeated my order, he abruptly said no hot coffee .. you get cold coffee!
