This Del Taco SUCKS. They have gotten our order wrong every single time we have gone here. At this point it almost seems intentional like they're trying to swindle people. They leave out multiple items or swap them for cheaper items. For example most recently they gave us beef snack tacos instead of chicken soft tacos. And their burritos suck, they put barely any sauce at all. Del Tacos used to be so good but they are going downhill fast. Atrocious customer service. We had trouble customizing food with the kiosk and difficulties in using gift cards. We stood in line to get help. The manager (?) simply dismissed us by telling us that everything is “handled with the kiosk,” not caring what questions we may have had. I told her that we couldn’t use it since it wouldn’t let us use gift cards. She quickly told us to press “use cash” and returned to what was apparently more important than assisting customers.
