The front of house absolutely is abysmal. I don’t know if they just hate their job or don’t like to work with families but I’ve never dealt with such rude people in my life. The Hispanic lady I’m pretty sure is adding additional charges but I don’t have my receipts to confirm. She talks to people with 0 patience in the world. The food was also horrible. $20 for some chicken strips that are so hard I could crack a tooth with it. Just overall a horrible experience.
Really bad experience. First wait for more than 10min without help for seating, although not seems to be busy. Then wait another 15min for the order to be taken, and more than 20min to get the food. Not to mention how low quality the food is. Definitely NOT recommend to try this place.
3 dollar tacos during happy hour but not to go bc they trying to get you to experience that restaurant which sucks btw.. waitress are rude, WTH..
Ordered the Cajun Seafood Fettuccine & of course knew it was going to be spicy, however I’m pretty sure the cook hasn’t tasted his own food. This dinner would have been returned, but they were closed. It was beyond enjoyably spicy. On top of I ordered to go & I am not certain if the middle aged blonde full figured woman at the register was a manager or not; extremely rude. Standard comfort food with a superb staff. We've been here a dozen times & never had poor service, even during kitchen renovations.
