Thank you so much to the staff in the emergency department from the moment we walked in till we were discharged they actually listen to our concerns and helped my son feel better thank so much Dr Joseph Pansius and nurses you all were amazing!!!
Arlette (hope I spelled her name correctly) demonstrated great empathy, professionalism and aptitude......the entire ER staff at Del Sol deserves the highest accolades possible..
I visited the Emergency Department last weekend with my very sick grandmother, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We received no updates about her condition until she was about to be discharged, despite long waits and multiple attempts to get information. What made this even more upsetting was seeing a group of nurses recording TikTok videos during their shift. The doctor that we had take a look at my newborn was great, he was very caring and listened to all our concerns. He was quick with the labs and gave my son the proper care to get him back home safely and us parents with ease of mind. Amazing care
