They promote a lifetime guarantee. Lost. Stolen. Broken. Fine. What an awesome benefit. Right? So we bought a pair in their store in Alaska. Now it's time to claim the warranty.. The fine print is in the cost to claim it! "A small unavoidable shipping, handling, and tariff fee of $19.99 (USD) is required" Ridiculous. The lens material is cheap plastic that scratches easily. Beware of online service. Order received with lower price tagged than online price. Paid for 3 day shipping when ordering on 3 Jul when told a shipping email would be sent. Inquired on where the product was on 8 Jul. Only response I got was on 10 Jul that the package had been delivered on the 9th (like I didn't already know that).
Great place inexpensive. Great for family to go together. By you self. Great productive place. Good atmosphere friendly place of business looking forward to go back soon. I'd take outta town ppl there as well. And tell other locals about my positive experience there
