This year renewed HOA contract with them since they were providing years of value added services to our Summerlin Condominium complex. In August, 2019, Del Sol terminated services with HOA as not financially profitable. My opinion is Del Sol needs better leadership. Changed to XL Landscaping Co. a larger operation. Tried to help a smaller owned but waste of time. Update: 10/22/19, XL working out so far. Landscape looking better and receiving several good residential owner comments.
