I've been a customer of Del Rosa Pool Service for 19 years. The previous owner Glenn was the best. The business has gone totally downhill since being sold on the last few years. They left my pool a total mess and now I'm left with having to pay to have it all cleaned up. I tried to stick with them throughout the transition but they place no value on customer service or even living up to their end of the bargain of actually showing up every week and cleaning the pool.
They are completely unprofessional saying they will be there to service your pool in the morning and don't show up until 7 pm. Then they rush doing the service so they don't do a good job. Then when they do arrive they bring their unlicensed unqualified uninsured friends with them having them help. They don't seen to know anything about pools or chemicals they are selling. They guarantee their chemicals will work and when they don't they wont give you your money back. They are completely rude when speaking to any customers. ... read more
Stay away! bad business, bad customer service. They charged more then originally quoted and then didnt show up for pool service, when called with concerns and questions I was treated rudely and dismissed. I immediately stopped service even though I had paid for two additional service days. Never even offered to rectify or give the money back for the days not service. I had to give some star rating for this review to complete, however, it deserves no star at all.
