Where to start…I’m very disappointed! This company is not mindful of your property. They pulled my towel holder through the wall on the other side! The amount of force applied had to be significant and they never thought to stop and look or consider the damage they could do! What about had that been a pipe, electrical etc…? Now my master bath needs repair and paint also. Then, while leaving they tracked mud and debris up/down my custom runner! The only reason for 2 stars is because the tile looks pretty good. Very disappointed in Del Rocco tile. He made an appointment with me and then cancelled last minute saying he couldn't come because a soap dish wasn't delivered which I replied, you can just buy one at Lowes, he then said he had personal reasons for not coming. This is the second time he's done this and I won't hire him again. Just be honest and people won't get disappointed...
Great people, who do amazing work! The quality will be remembered long after the price is forgotten.
Jamie and Frank did an amazing job on my backslash. They are very professional, clean, fast, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They also really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.
Very Happy with Jamie & the work he does. Definitely the best contractor that has worked in my house.
