Awful facility, awful staff and poor hygiene throughout the entire building!
I worked here today, it’s unsanitary, unsafe for patients to be here! I reported a patient bed is leaning and sitting on top of blankets to hold the bed up, I told the facility coordinator she told me to mind my business, i told her the patient isn’t safe and i was reporting it, she told me again do registry work and mind my business. she then came back and asked me to leave the facility my services were no longer needed. this place has toilets and sinks rusted also leaking urine and water throughout all their rooms, patient... read more
This place is horrible. After going weeks without knowing, my grandma was transported to the hospital, yet I wasn't even told by the staff. Do not bring your love ones here.
