10 year customer review – I have been a customer of Del Rio Cleaners for nearly 10 years.A couple of years ago I moved away and started using Fresh Cleaners on the corner of Roselle and Floyd. WOW! It opened my eyes. Here is a comparison: Del Rio... you walk in and nobody is smiling. You put your pile of clothes on the counter and the girl says, "How many". I say I dunno, count them? Clothes Improperly Laundered – Their day-to-day interaction with customers is good as is their ability to meet deadllines. As for dry cleaning, that is another topic altogether! Spots are routinely missed and dry cleaned items are rarely adequately ironed. Far more importantly, their system for processing clothes results in the laundering of some items that are dry clean only. After a third experience with this-- a suit jacket and pants returned in a shrunken, wrinkled state-- we are calling it quits.
