They send out your dry cleaning. It is not done on-site. We recently lost two Nordstrom button down men's shirts and now we have to file a claim. They make you prepay for their services NOT allowing the customer to pay for services AFTER they have completed the job like other businesses ... mechanics, salons, other dry cleaners. After we lost our shirts and found out they are not an on-site cleaner, we are going elsewhere.
