Worst experience ever. My tenant was always late with my payment and they left my unit TRASHED with 5 years work of damage, dirt and disrepair. Not to mention the nasty smell. And Del Realty didn’t give one care. As long as they collect your money every month they’re happy. As soon as you need their help they give you the wrong information and you pretty much have to do everything on your own. They had me contact my tenant because they couldn’t get a hold of him. They’ll put whoever in your unit without any background check.... read more
