One year update: I’m so grateful to share my ongoing journey with Del Ray Psych & Wellness in Alexandria. It’s been over a year since I started, and I honestly feel amazing. I started working with Del Ray in 2023 to help manage stress and grief. I had never really done any therapy before but was happy to come into a supportive environment. We went at my own pace. Grateful for their understanding but also the innovative methods like KAP. I have made tremendous progress including making connections between my physical and mental health. I can speak to the experience of working with one of the group owners, Lauren Fisher. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly helpful throughout the year of being her client. As a seasoned therapist and group practice owner myself, I would gladly be referring clients to Lauren's team if we were in the same State.
