Meh. Front desk workers are clearly at odds with one another, so getting help was awkward. The one who attempted to help us couldn’t find the right samples, couldn’t advise on the right glass for our project. We were asked for a lot of unnecessary personal information before a quote was available. There’s price we were roughly quoted was unusually high. They add a 3% “fee” for non cash buyers. We engaged with them to change a number of windows in our house in October 2024!. They charged us $7k, measured the windows wrong, damaged our window frames when removing the old windows, delivered wrong size and poor quality glass twice, and promised to make it right in 2 weeks now 6 weeks ago. We cannot get a hold of anyone! Nobody calls us back and they won’t refund us so we can move on with another company. I have ordered several glass toppers for desks, night stands, dressers and dinning buffets for the past several years. The ladies in the front office taking the orders are always very nice and provide exceptional customer service. They always have my pieces ready in no time and they are perfectly cut to fit my furniture. Highly recommend this business!
This guy drives like an idiot, reckless and inconsiderate. I’d be ashamed if it was my employee.
