I lived at Del Ray Central for two years and loved it. It was my first apartment and I already miss it after moving out just a week ago! The pros: The property is in a great area with lots to do, is VERY quiet, and the residents are kind. I was able to use the amenities at the Tower (rooftop, nice gym/studio, kitchen) even though I lived across the street. I also had an un-renovated unit, but the flooring and finishes were nice. The Tower is a fantastic place to live with an amazing staff. Christina and the amazing and excellent facilities staff are one of a kind. Every need is met with care and attention. It’s a great place to live with a great concierges services, fun events, and a lovely neighborhood.

The experience del ray central has been superb. The amenities and management team are top notch. Nicola and Christina, the community managers do an excellent job at improving the internal operations. Good Customer experience for tenants and prospectives tenants. The management team engages in investing in their community with stellar service.
