Edit March 2025: The fire alarm went off all night and kept the entire neighborhood awake. I have never been so negatively impacted by a building I don’t even live in. One star. Edit March 2024: The light burned out. Five stars. Original: There’s a light that has been flashing in the stairwell nonstop for over a year. If your window faces it you’ll have to keep your blinds closed or be driven insane.
I tried to tour this place, made me give them all of my information for a self guided tour, which I downloaded an app to do, only to be promoted to open a lockbox to access the building with no access code. Waste of time

Update: The building is going downhill. It's hard to believe that things can be worse. The elevators rarely work, fire alarms go off, and management never gets back to you. They are even trying to get residents to AirBnB their units and offering money if you list your apartment on airbnb. It's so strange - who wants non-residents in the building. Don't move here! Elevators frequently don't work - for days at a time. It's awful. Leasing office is unresponsive with requests or issues, or sending out maintenance. Look elsewhere... read more
