I have visited Del Rancho Jewelers for 3 jewelry repairs now and Dan does not disappoint. I can depend on Dan on being trustworthy, honest, and respectful with my jewelry. He is very knowledgeable and transparent in our conversations which makes me comfortable with trusting Dan and his business with all my jewelry related inquiries. They have earned my business and I look to purchase jewelry for gifts and personal use in the near future!
I am a first time customer at this business. I was very impressed with Dan the jeweler and he will be my go to for any jewelry needs I have in the future. Dishonest Business – Avoid at All Costs! This place is a complete scam. I bought a silver chain, but when I tried to return it, the owner accused me of bringing back a different chain and refused to even check the security cameras.
