Worst living area ever. Rent is extremely high, landlord just keeps on trying to raise the rent to force the tenants out. Your are right full. The Del Prado Mobile Home Park is the most The Ghost Town in Bolsa and Midway City.

I love my 4 bedrooms manufactured home and the well maintained community. I have a beautiful tropical front yard and a relaxing green grassy back yard with rose bushes and tropical plants along the lot lines, large porch and 3 cars carport. no way I could get all this at an apartment for this price. most of my neighbors are beautiful and respectful people except for a few that feels that the rules doesn't apply to them, they have no respect for the neighbors and no pride for their community and you can tell right away who th... read more

Horrible Park will ripp you off – Stop!!! Don't be stupid and buy the mobile homes there. The Land lease is increasing every year to the amount that you can't afford and leave the park with empty hand so that they can get your mobile home and sell it for profits. No one would buy your house after seeing the rent and lots of ridiculous rules that only benefit them. Don't even live in that park or buy the mobile homes there.
