In general, (with a few exceptions, such as Nate) the staff is rude, both in the office and in the warehouse. If you call in an order and when you get there, they can't find your paperwork, they will argue with you like you never called the order in to begin with. When you drive around back, you will almost always end up in someone's way and they're not shy about letting you know that. Called them to get a pole and they said it might be out in the yard and to come check in person they don't do that over the phone.

Horrible experience the lady I was working with over the phone told me she was new and kept having to go and get answers which ended up getting me the wrong material which I should’ve noticed when I picked it up so that part is my fault but if she knew the material Better, I would’ve never even had to drive down to pick up realizing they didn’t have the material I needed then I called and asked to return it. They told me there was a 25% restocking fee which I said OK I took some responsibility for not getting the correct pip... read more

I came to pick up some steel. I entered the building cheerful and happy. I greeted them first after the third time somebody finally approached me and ask what I wanted. I didn’t think nothing of it until some white guy walks in, and then they went out the way to greet him first. This is the last time my company and I are coming out to this racist place!
