In general, (with a few exceptions, such as Nate) the staff is rude, both in the office and in the warehouse. If you call in an order and when you get there, they can't find your paperwork, they will argue with you like you never called the order in to begin with. When you drive around back, you will almost always end up in someone's way and they're not shy about letting you know that.
