Bee was the absolute best
The dentist and hygienist have been exceptional. I do feel that I have never had the cost and insurance coverage explained.
The worst clinic ever from the front desk to the doctor and specialist, they don't respect the Time and schedules they let you wait for hours plus they cancele your appointment with out announcements. They leave me in pain for month and after she done x Ray & my root canal and treatment she said maybe I need to do more root canal because they don't know why I still have a pain 🤔
Everyone was very friendly. Viviana was wonderful to work with, she was understanding and confident they could help me. Office is clean. It was hard to understand a couple of the staff who were wearing masks. I wish they would have talked louder. I wish the process of my dental treatment plan was made a little more clear. But I was in middle of a treatment plan and moved dental offices to Del Oro. They seem to be busy with last minute patients needing more extensive treatment plans.
