Esperanza homes delayed our initial closing date by over 2 months. I had locked in my mortage rate for over $2,000 and it has expired. I am having to pay an extra months of rent because of the delay. The house quality and finish is extremely poor. From the foundation to the framing to the finishing. Extremely dissatisfied as a customer. I do not recommend. Please save yourself a horrible experience with this company.
