This bank is the most inconvenient thing i have ever dealt with. I have been using it since i was in high school but if you have real expenses that you need a card for don’t use this bank. They continuously lock my account at night so I am not able to use my money. I have a student account but I’m in college and I have bills to pay so I honestly need to access my money. They always help me with any problems or questions I have. With a smile.
There is something going on with the system and it is moving transactions around. It's not giving correct balances. I look at my account daily and the adding and substractions are not right. I'm not satisfied with this at all. Things that were already posted had it's dates changed. I had two transaction that was pending and would have left me with over $100 when they cleared but when I went to get gas later that day, my card declined.
