Horrible experience. My son had food poisoning and was in agony. Since we were not from the area we were directed by our hotel to go here. The receptionist couldn't had been more rude and condesending. She didn't seem to want to help us...I'm not sure why. At first she questioned our insurance and when she learned that we had excellent insurance she said they were too busy. Again us not being from the area we were off again with a crying child Is this how medical professionals are supposed to act?
